Legal Compliance
All renters are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to alcohol service regulations, permitting requirements, and venue-specific policies.

Roxtini is not licensed to provide, resell, or deliver alcohol.
Delivery/Pickup

Insurance Requirements
Depending on the rental type and whether you're using your own staff, we may require proof of event insurance or general liability. We’ll walk you through what's needed before your event.
Damages Clause
We’re all about keeping things fun and fair. When your event wraps up, we kindly ask that all equipment is returned clean and in the same great condition it was in when it arrived. If anything is damaged, missing, or in need of deep cleaning, Roxtini may retain part or all of the deposit to cover those costs. Thanks for helping us keep our bars beautiful for the next celebration!
