THE ROXTINI STORY
Where Passion, Family, and a Little Bit of Cocktail Magic Come Together
Hi - we’re Raquel and Gene, the husband-and-wife team who founded Roxtini. Our journey into mobile experiences and bartending wasn’t planned. Instead, it was sparked by a shared love of great gatherings, creative projects, and the desire to build something meaningful together.

It all began with a rusty 1985 Hartman horse trailer and a big idea. With the help of Gene’s 80-year-old Marine uncle (a restoration wizard in his own right), we brought that trailer back to life, one piece of metal, one weld, one coat of paint at a time. Somewhere between sanding and celebrating, the idea hit us: what if we turned this trailer into a mobile bar?

We’d seen one at an event and couldn’t stop thinking about it. The concept was fun, fresh, and full of possibility. So, we dove in headfirst. What started as a renovation project quickly grew into a full-blown passion, and eventually, a business.

Originally launched as On the Rox Trailers, our brand has evolved into Roxtini, a mobile bar experience that melds high-end bartending and a whole lot of personality for events across Palm Beach County, Florida. From small backyard celebrations to corporate mixers and glamping weekends, we love creating memorable experiences with beautifully designed bar setups, creative drinks, special touches, and friendly service that always goes the extra mile.

Every event we work is a reminder of why we started - because there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people gather, celebrate, and share a drink surrounded by the people they love. Roxtini isn’t just our business; it’s our next chapter. It’s a reflection of our creativity, our family values, and our belief that life’s best moments deserve a special kind of sparkle (and maybe a signature cocktail, too).

As the demand for elevated non-alcoholic options continues to grow, we’ve been inspired by the mocktail movement and the creativity it brings to modern bartending. More and more guests are looking for sophisticated, zero-proof drinks that feel just as festive and flavorful as their boozy counterparts. So, we’re here for it! At Roxtini, we’re actively working behind the scenes to develop a fresh lineup of handcrafted mocktails that blend bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and gorgeous presentation.

In the meantime, you’ll find us pouring signature drinks and mocktails at glamping retreats in Wellington, team-building events in Lake Worth, book club gatherings in Jupiter, and unforgettable parties along the coast from Boca Raton to North Palm Beach. As we continue to grow, one thing stays the same: our commitment to bringing unforgettable service and great vibes wherever we roll up.
