What is a Roxologist?
Roxtini isn’t just a bartending service. it’s an experience your guests will never forget. Our events are powered by Roxologists, not your average bartenders. They are a highly trained, professional, and personable team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
From the moment your event begins, our Roxologists engage with your guests, elevate the energy, and craft every cocktail with care and flair. We’re here to make your celebration seamless, interactive, and truly unforgettable.
How far do you travel?
Roxtini services southeast Florida. A distance of 25 miles from Jupiter, FL is included in our pricing (50 miles round trip). Mileage above that will be $2/mile with a maximum travel distance of 100 miles.
Are you insured?
Roxtini is fully insured, and has TIPS and/or ServSafe certified Roxolologists. We carry general and $2 million liquor liability insurance policy. Certificate of Insurance (COI) documents can be provided to your venue upon request.
Do you provide the alcohol?
Roxtini is a mobile bartending experience designed to bring the bar and the vibe to you. As a dry hire service, we provide everything needed to mix and serve amazing cocktails (except the alcohol). But we don’t stop there. We elevate your event with curated bar decor, themed details, and stylish touches that impress even the most discerning guest. To make planning effortless, we also provide a personalized alcohol shopping list tailored to your menu and guest count, so all you have to do is show up and sip.
What size liquor bottles should we purchase?
For best serving practices of quick and efficient service, we ask our clients to supply 750mL bottles, especially for larger parties. However, we know it can be more budget friendly to purchase larger bottles, so if that's the case we understand.
How strict are you regarding serving alcohol to guests?
To ensure a safe and responsible celebration, Roxtini adheres to strict alcohol service guidelines in line with our insurance requirements. Shots and self-service are not permitted. We check IDs and take the prevention of underage drinking very seriously. Guests who appear visibly intoxicated will no longer be served. Your guests’ safety is our top priority, and we’re committed to creating an enjoyable experience that’s both fun and responsible.
Does "The Chariot" horse trailer bar need access to power?
Yes, the Chariot must be parked within 100 feet of an outlet. If there is no access to electrical power, a generator must be provided by the client or rented from Roxtini.
What are "The Chariot" horse trailer dimensions?
Approximately 7.5 feet wide, 8.5 feet tall, and 14 feet long.
I want the Roxtini experience at my event! How do I secure a date?
In order to simplify the booking process, click "BOOK NOW" anywhere on our website. This will lead you to a platform where you can see if your date is available and select any or all of the services which will make your event stand out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Roxtini requires a 50% non-refundable initial payment to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days from event day. Any cancellations made within 90 days of event date, lose the right to a full refund. Roxtini will work with the client to secure another date if possible. Any bookings made within 30 days of the event must be paid in full.
What is your rain plan?
Let’s face it, Florida weather can be full of surprises! If rain is in the forecast, clients are responsible for providing appropriate outdoor coverage, as Roxtini does not supply tents or shelter. In the event of a weather-related reschedule, we’ll do our very best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
Do you have any additional fees?
A 20% service gratuity is included in all bookings to ensure fair and professional compensation for our Roxologists. This allows our team to focus entirely on delivering a seamless, elevated experience for you and your guests.
