We Get to Know Your Event

​It all starts with a planning chat. We’ll ask about your guest count, the occasion, your theme (if any), and the general mood you're going for. Throwing a Hemingway-themed book club in West Palm Beach? Hosting a citrus-inspired garden party in Palm Beach Gardens? We’re all ears, and all ideas.

Custom Drinks That Match Your Moment

We take your theme and run with it by crafting signature cocktails (or mocktails!) that fit the occasion and feel like they were made just for you. Such as;

  • A “Stormy Night” dark & stormy cocktail for your Hemingway Book Club gathering

  • An “Orange Grove Paloma” for your citrus-themed garden party in Delray

  • A “Campfire Cooler” smoked cocktail for your luxury glamping weekend

  • A “Bumpin’ Berry Spritz” for a playful baby shower mocktail

  • A “Golden Hour Mule” for a rooftop retirement toast

 

Then we'll create an alcohol shopping list for you, and even name the drinks for you, so your event menu feels personal and totally on theme.

We Bring the Gear, Glassware, & Ice

Don’t worry about supplies; we’ve got you covered. Roxtini rolls in with everything needed to set up a sleek, fun, and functional drink station, including:

  • Take home shaker cup (plastic or metal, your choice)

  • Premium drinkware (disposable or glassware, your choice)

  • Professional bar tools - shakers, muddlers, strainers, garnish tongs, and more

  • Ice for mixing, shaking, and serving

  • Custom garnishes to add “camera-ready” character to your drinks

  • Bar décor that matches your vibe (think elegant, tropical, rustic, glam - whatever you need)

 

You just provide the space - we’ll transform it into your own cocktail playground.

A Roxtini Instructor Leads the Fun

Your Roxtini mixologist is equal parts expert, entertainer, and hype crew. They’ll guide your guests through each pour and shake, teach tips and techniques (like the correct way to muddle), provide background music, keep the energy high, and the laughter flowing.

Our instructors are pros at adapting to the crowd. So, whether your group is cocktail curious or already seasoned sippers, everyone feels comfortable and has a blast.

Sip, Snap, Celebrate

Now the fun really begins. You’ll mix drinks, taste-test your creations, and toast with your crew. Expect lots of cheers, photo ops, and proud “I made this!” moments. And don’t worry, we build in time for sipping, mingling, dancing, and taking it all in.
